You can have as many accounts as you need.

There is only some conditions;

1. Do not create multiple accounts for one project.

ex. don't create domain.8.am, domain.5.am, ect. and redirect them to one main domain.

2. Do not create different account and host duplicate content.

ex. don't create domain.8.am and otherdomain.ld.vg and host the same.

This means that you can create as many accounts as you need, but not you want just to have domain name reserved.

If there will be such type of accounts, all the domains may be suspended and/or deleted.
